The Erasmus+ programme offers plenty of opportunities for those who are open to seize them. Today, we are delighted to share the impressions of our student Adil Kussanov, a fourth-year student in the “Hospitality and Culinary Arts” program, who is spending his third internship abroad (student mobility for a traineeship) at Romantik Hotel Achterdiek on Juist Island, Germany.
Adil shares:
“Everything is good in the internship, and the team is also good. I’m working in the pastry section and learning new techniques and recipes! The experience has been enriching and enjoyable. I am completing my internship in the kitchen at Romantik Hotel Achterdiek on Juist Island, Germany, and I am looking forward to applying these new skills in my future culinary endeavours.”
We wish him many future successes and conquered peaks in hospitality and culinary arts!
