We continue sharing exciting moments and stories from the practical internships of students at Varna University of Management! 
Ognjen Radjenović is a first-year student in the Hospitality and Culinary Arts programme at the Culinary Arts Institute at Varna University of Management. This summer, he chose to turn his passion for culinary arts into real international experience by working in Spain through the Erasmus+ programme.
Ognjen is completing his internship at Nintai, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Marbella, where he has the opportunity to immerse himself in the dynamic environment of a professional kitchen and develop his skills alongside experienced culinary specialists.
‘Hello, my name is Ognjen Radjenović and I am a first-year student in the Hospitality and Culinary Arts programme at CAI.
I am currently in Spain, where I will be spending my summer and completing an internship funded through the Erasmus+ programme at Nintai restaurant in Marbella. So far, I have mainly been working in the hot kitchen, and I love it. The staff are great – everyone is very helpful and guides me to become a better cook.
During my internship, I will have the opportunity to rotate through the various positions in the kitchen and learn many new things.
I can say that this is a big challenge, but the university prepared us for this, and I will make the most of it.’
