From 6 to 8 October 2026, Varna University of Management hosted the third project meeting of SAVOR – Sustainability and Value in Organic Resources (project number 2025-1-ES01-KA220-HED-000350651), an Erasmus+ Key Action 2 project bringing together partners from Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Latvia and Portugal.

The meeting focused on reviewing project progress and coordinating the implementation of upcoming activities. Partners discussed the development and validation of recipes, the preparation of training modules, the digital learning platform and video tutorials, as well as the planning of pilot testing, evaluation and dissemination activities.
The discussions provided an opportunity to exchange expertise, review progress towards the project’s objectives and coordinate the next stages of collaboration, with particular attention to developing practical learning resources for sustainable food practices in hospitality education.

Through these joint efforts, SAVOR aims to strengthen awareness of food waste prevention, promote the responsible use of food resources and support the integration of sustainable culinary practices into hospitality education and professional training.
