Varna University of Management was delighted to welcome a staff member from the University of Seychelles for an Erasmus+ mobility programme, further strengthening the growing partnership between the two institutions.
During the mobility, Ms Mamoona Alam worked closely with VUM’s International Cooperation Department and gained practical insights into the management of international partnerships, administrative procedures, and intercultural communication.
The cooperation between VUM and the University of Seychelles also extends to student mobility. Students from the University of Seychelles joined VUM for the second semester during the academic year 2025/2026, experiencing an international academic environment, discovering Bulgarian culture, and building connections with students from around the world.
The staff and student mobilities contribute to stronger institutional cooperation, enhanced intercultural understanding, and new opportunities for future Erasmus+ initiatives between VUM and the University of Seychelles.
