BIP ‘Skills, Startups and Sustainability: Building Your Global Career in the Digital Age

🌍✨ First-year International Business and Management students Illia Doroshenko and Vira Nyubina from Varna University of Management took part in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) ‘Skills, Startups and Sustainability: Building Your Global Career in the Digital Age’ hosted by the Radom Academy of Economics in Poland in May 2026.

Over the course of five days, they explored key topics related to digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, strengthened their teamwork skills, and exchanged ideas with fellow students from Greece, Moldova, Romania, and Cyprus.

💬 Here’s what they shared about the programme:

‘For us, it was an experience filled with challenges, new perspectives, and meaningful connections. For all IBM students, the 21st century is an era of constant change, technological advancement, and endless opportunities. We are grateful to Varna University of Management for its support and for giving us the opportunity to participate in our first Erasmus+ mobility in such an inspiring environment. We learned more about our strengths, improved our teamwork skills, and gained valuable insights into how the digital age is shaping global careers. The most valuable lesson we learned – and one we would like to share – is this: dream big, surround yourself with the right people, and never stop learning.’
