From the 19th to the 23rd of May 2025, our colleagues from the VUM Project and Applied Research Department had the pleasure of visiting ISFATES (L’Institut supérieur franco-allemand de techniques, d’économie et de sciences) in the beautiful town of Metz, France. We are pleased to share their experience below:
“ISFATES is a remarkable model of multidisciplinary, double-degree education, born from the strong cooperation between Université de Lorraine and Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes back in 1978. Just like VUM, it champions innovation through praxis and interdisciplinarity.
During our visit, we had insightful exchanges with students, lecturers, and colleagues, learning from each other’s experience and exploring new ways to collaborate.
We’re excited to deepen our partnership and expand into new themes and projects together! “
