Summertime is an ideal opportunity to explore new places, countries, and experiences, and develop professional skills through summer internships.
Today, we are sharing a short testimonial from our students, Yani Mitev (1st-year student in the Hospitality and Culinary Arts Program) and Deniz Zeynal (1st-year student in the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program). They are both completing their summer internships in Zaranda Restaurant in Palma, Spain and will stay here until September 2025.
“Mallorca is very hot, but the architecture and vibe of Palma are good. Deniz and I are in an apartment sharing a room, and living with other Zaranda employees. The work is good and we learn a lot of stuff. We are sending some pictures of our survival so far :)”
We would like to thank our partners from the Consortium Bulgaria, who support part of the student mobilities for traineeships this year, including Yani’s placement.
