Nikolay Eftimov, a first-year student in the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts programme at VUM, chose to complete his first Erasmus+ internship at Haut, a one-Michelin-starred restaurant in Belgium. 
During his internship, Nikolay had the opportunity to work across different kitchen stations, master new techniques, and gain valuable hands-on experience. According to him, this experience has made him more confident and even more motivated to pursue his professional development. He was particularly impressed not only by the team’s exceptional professionalism but also by the supportive atmosphere, mutual respect, and willingness of colleagues to help one another.
We believe this is only the beginning of Nikolay’s professional journey. We wish him continued success, inspiration, and the determination to reach even greater culinary heights!
