We are very proud to share the success story of our student Pavel Arefev, who is currently a third-year student in our Bachelor’s degree programme in International Hospitality Management. His three-month student mobility for a traineeship in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme in Knocksy, Poland turned into a real success story, providing him not only opportunities to develop different soft and hard skills, but also to gain real leadership experience. This is what he recently shared with us:
“I am currently on an internship at Nomady (formerly Knocksy) in Warsaw, Poland. Here, I have found all possible ways to practically use my knowledge regarding business and management, first as a sales and marketing department intern, but now as the whole department team leader, as I was promoted due to my success in the role. I am currently helping develop a whole business startup, establishing new connections with investors, developing marketing and business plans and analysis as well as networking for my future. Moreover, I am managing a crew of 8 people from all over the Europe and have opened leader and managerial skills in myself. Overall, the internship is going really well so far, even better than I expected. “
