Esil Shukrieva – a third-year International Business Management student at Varna University of Management, shares her experience from her Erasmus+ internship at creative agency Numbered from May to July 2025 
“I’ve been doing my internship in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, for two months now – at the creative agency Numbered, as a Project Management Intern. I can confidently say this is one of the most valuable experiences a student can have for their future development.
Every day is different – I learn, create, meet new people, and experience the real dynamics of both the creative and corporate environment. I work on real projects with a talented team, which has helped me build on my knowledge and unlock my potential.
Being part of such an environment not only helps me grow my skills but also inspires me to look at my future with more confidence and motivation.
I’m truly grateful to VUM for this opportunity – it showed me how important it is to step out of your comfort zone, immerse yourself in a new culture, and grow through real-life challenges.
