Varna University of Management brought together international students for the Blended Intensive Programme “Future-ready: Transforming Employability into Opportunity”, held from 15 to 19 June 2026. The programme was organised within the Erasmus+ framework.
Participants from Austria, Croatia, Finland, Hungary, Martinique, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain joined the programme to strengthen their employability skills and prepare for the transition from higher education to the real world.
Led by Dr Nedka Dimitrova, the programme focused on current labour-market trends, personal branding, career planning, self-assessment, personal SWOT analysis, the CV, future-oriented skills, and the workforce of tomorrow.
Students developed greater confidence in presenting their strengths, identifying suitable career pathways, and responding to the evolving expectations of employers.
The programme combined academic learning with practical career preparation, helping participants transform their knowledge, skills, and potential into meaningful professional opportunities.
