On 21st and 22nd of February 2025, the Varna University of Management had the pleasure to host “Hospitality Career Days”, which was aimed at helping students better plan their student mobilities for traineeships in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme for the upcoming summer.
Both days started with short but inspiring presentations from The Dunraven Hotel (Ireland), Nordseehotel Freese (Germany), Wavemaker Hospitality (Cyprus and Greece), Mare Resorts, Aphrodite Hills Resort (Cyprus), where they introduced internship programs in their hotels, explained details about the positions, and shared what they are looking for in their future interns. 
Then came the most exciting part – one-on-one interviews! Employers moved to separate rooms, where students got the chance to impress with motivation and ambition. 
The event offered unique opportunities for new connections, career opportunities, and first steps toward a successful future.
