On Saturday, December 14, 2025, at VUM, a true celebration of cultures took place! The “International Lunch” organized by the Erasmus+ Office, brought together students from Uzbekistan, Armenia, the Philippines, and Bulgaria to share their traditional dishes and flavors.
The cooking took place in the state-of-the-art kitchen of the Culinary Arts Institute, with the support of the students and under the expert guidance of the CAI’s director, Chef Hugues Boutin.
Afterward, participants enjoyed their culinary creations in the Culinary Arts Institute’s restaurant, where the atmosphere was filled with friendship, unique aromas, and intercultural exchange – a testament to the power of food to bring people together.
