Incoming Exchange Students Induction Sessions – September 2025

In the autumn semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, Varna University of Management welcomed a new group of mobility students who joined the VUM community for their study period during the winter semester.

Coming from 16 countries, including Armenia, Spain, France, Italy, Mexico, Norway, Portugal, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Moldova, and Ukraine, the incoming students brought with them diverse academic backgrounds, perspectives, and cultural experiences.

As part of their arrival, VUM organised induction sessions designed to help students familiarise themselves with the university, their academic environment, and life in Varna. The sessions also offered an opportunity to meet fellow students, connect with the VUM community, and take their first steps towards a successful and memorable mobility experience.

The arrival of each new group of international students adds to the multicultural character of VUM, where regular and mobility students study side by side, exchange knowledge, and learn from one another. This diversity is an important part of university life, creating an environment where international perspectives become part of the everyday academic experience.

For many students, studying abroad is about much more than attending classes in a new country. It is an opportunity to discover different cultures, build international friendships, gain new perspectives, and create experiences that remain long after the mobility period comes to an end.

We are proud to nurture a vibrant multicultural environment where both regular and mobility students learn together, exchange knowledge, and share their cultures. They are the heart of our academic community and make student life at VUM truly unique.

Because what could be better than gaining academic knowledge while also experiencing the world firsthand – through the friendships and memories you create here? 💙
