On April 17, 2026, Varna University of Management brought students together for an intercultural picnic at Ecopark Varna, creating an opportunity to relax, connect, and celebrate the university’s diverse international community.
Despite a series of rainy days leading up to the event, the sun came out just in time, providing the perfect setting for an afternoon of activities, conversations, and shared experiences.
Organised with the support of the VUM Student Council, the picnic featured a variety of activities and games that brought students together to relax and celebrate the end of the semester. With plenty of food and drinks to share, the event created a lively and welcoming atmosphere, giving students the chance to spend time together and enjoy a well-deserved break after the busy academic period.
The picnic also marked a special moment for the VUM community as students said farewell to their Erasmus+ colleagues, who had spent the previous semester studying at the university. During their time at VUM, the exchange students became an integral part of campus life, building friendships, sharing their cultures, and creating memories with students and colleagues from across the university.
As the academic year came to an end, the gathering offered a chance to celebrate the connections made throughout the year while looking ahead to another year of international experiences and new beginnings.
