Varna University of Management welcomed staff members from partner institutions across Europe, Asia, and Africa for the staff training programme “Developing Global Skills in Local Contexts”, organised within the Erasmus+ framework.
The training sessions, delivered by Dr Nedka Dimitrova, focused on leadership, innovation, internationalisation, institutional change, and the development of global competencies in higher education. Through interactive lectures, professional discussions, and the exchange of best practices, participants explored practical approaches to strengthening leadership, creativity, collaboration, and resilience within their institutions.
The programme also provided valuable opportunities for intercultural exchange, networking, and cultural immersion. By connecting professionals from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds, the initiative contributed to stronger international partnerships and created new possibilities for future cooperation under the Erasmus+ programme.
