Before the Mobility
Application and mobility preparation
All eligible candidates are encouraged to apply for student mobility at VUM via email by sending filled-out application documents to erasmus@vum.bg within the predefined deadlines.
VUM extends its deadlines for mobility for studies in 2026/2027 as follows:
- For mobility for studies during the 1st semester of 2026/2027, the application deadline is 30th June 2026.
- For mobility for studies during the 2nd semester of 2026/2027, the application deadline is 30th November 2026.
For mobility for placement at VUM, in 2026/2027 the application submission deadline is at least 3 months prior to the actual start of the placement. The placement start and end dates are subject to specific agreement between the student, VUM, and the sending institution.
