After the mobility ends, the student is requested to submit to VUM International Mobility Office the following documents:
All reporting documents shall be submitted no later than 10 calendar days after the end of the mobility. The balance payment of the mobility grant (when applicable) shall be released in 10 working days after the full set of reporting documents is properly submitted by the student.
In addition to the mobility reporting, students shall also make sure to complete the academic reporting of their internships in order to receive grades for the module Summer Internship (where applicable). Further information about process is available in the Module Books of the respective programme.
VUM applies flexibility in the ECTS recognition process of credits obtained by the students during Erasmus+ mobility. ECTS recognition is carried out in line with the Rules and Regulations for ECTS Implementation at VUM. Actual ECTS recognition is executed by the Academic Director who works closely with an appointed Committee. They examine the After the Mobility part of the Learning Agreement for Studies and any other relevant documentation regarding the student’s performance. The decision of the Committee regarding ECTS recognition is included in a protocol and is later referred to in the student’s Diploma Supplement.
