Last week (9 – 13 June 2025), Varna University of Management proudly hosted the physical component of the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Employability and Personal Brand Development”, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
Students from Romania, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Poland, Finland, Norway, Slovakia, and Israel joined us in Varna for a week of interactive learning, insightful workshops, and intercultural collaboration.
The programme was led by VUM lecturers Nedka Dimitrova and Ireene Leoncio, who guided participants through the fundamentals of professional positioning, personal branding, and employability in the global market.
On Friday, the participants celebrated the completion of the in-person phase with a certificate ceremony, but the journey doesn’t end here! Two more online sessions will follow to reinforce key concepts and continue the learning experience.
